Bill Koske is a Foreign TV & film crew fixer with experience in East Africa currently residing in Uganda. He has worked with a number of international Production houses like Sputnik Media (Belgium), Caviar London, Snark Production (Belgium), Pixel Foundry (South Africa), Finger Print Films (India), T+W moving pictures (South Africa), Bombay Elephants (India), World Bank, GIZ and many more.
