About this session
This screenwriting masterclass is all about the conjunction between character and story and how crafting well-defined and memorable characters will inspire and generate story material.
Which comes first - character or story? Should scripts be primarily plot-driven or character-driven? Our session will focus on key principles for creating story and character for screen drama, whether it’s TV or film.
This session will be delivered by Philip Shelley.

About the tutor
Philip Shelley runs his own script consultancy working with screenwriters and production companies. He writes a fortnightly newsletter on screenwriting via the website.
